| Work Contents | ■On-site management and supervision for on-going projects, We will mainly entrust you with the construction management of various construction works in the US military base in Okinawa Prefecture. Specifically, you will be in charge of construction management, cost management, quality control, safety and health, etc., construction management, and site supervision. ・Process Control: Process adjustment, Creating process chart ・Cost management: Working budget creation, Material pick-up, Estimation ・Health and safety: Management as a person in charge of safety ・Materials management: Ordering, management, and list creation of materials including materials for overseas products ・Quality control: On-site personnel, working drawings, approval drawings, materials, subcontractors, production drawing arrangements *Any other works designated by the company |
| Required Skills and Experience | ・5+ years of experience in managing construction sites ・10+ years of experience in the construction feild as a project engineer ・Experience in overseeing all aspects of large-scale projects as a site manager is a mandatory requirement ・Experience in U.S. military construction projects with organizations such as USACE and NAVFAC. (Familiarity with the three phases of construction and compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards is required) |
