In this role you will make an impact by:

• Closely cooperate with sales/technical team in APAC & Global Animal Biosolutions BU regarding Sales/technical supports
• Take care of customer complaints and provide relevant solutions on site, related to new product applications, marketing efforts, price trends, delivery issues
• Developing new business and maintaining existing business with key accounts, business partners and target customers,
• Responsible for delivering the sales target of animal biosolution division on year-to-year basis, providing technical & practical approaches with high-level of technical knowledge and experience to match with the customer demands,
• Provide timely sales forecasts, reports and information as requested
• Develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals

To succeed you must hold:

• More than 5 year experience in Sales or technical function of animal industry
• Bachelor's degree with animal Science/veterinary science 
• Fully understand in Animal feed industry and livestock industry of Japan
• 3 or 5 year experience in Sales or technical functions 
• Workable Japanese and English
• Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft office programs
• Must be a self-starter with drive and initiative, team player and work with little supervision
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
