Job Description
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist Concierge Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of Concierge.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Concierge team to ensure service standards are maintained and exceeded.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Previous experience and success in the travel or hospitality industry in a telephone based or face to face sales and service role (preferred).
- Professional, courteous and friendly telephone manner that supports the creation of positive impressions with all callers.
- Well-developed written communication skills that facilitate clear and accurate responses to enquiries.
- Able to work as part of a team in order to effectively share and complete tasks and provide service coverage where required.
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy to ensure Concierge services are booked correctly and that all relevant guest information is collected.
- Able to prioritise and organise work to achieve objectives and deadlines.
- Computer operating skills - Microsoft Office Suite (essential) with reservations systems experience (preferred).
- English is a must, and the ability to speak a second language (Chinese or Japanese) is a plus.
Employment Package Details
Employment Status: Ongoing contract with visa sponsorship available
Contract Value: ¥4,100,000 to ¥4,500,000
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
Working Hours:
- Average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
- 120 days off per year
- Sick leave: 5 days
- Annual paid leave: 10days (after 6 months of employment)
