The Fast Retailing (FR) Group is undergoing a company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" based on the "LifeWear" concept that transcends traditional industry boundaries. We are seeking a global HR specialist at GHQ (Global Headquarters) to drive HR reform and governance in our overseas countries, focusing on "organization and people."
■Job Summary
FR's GHQ (Global Headquarters) in Japan is tasked with driving the global business growth of the FR Group and its brands, which span approximately 3,600 stores across Asia, Europe, and the United States. While each overseas base has its own HR department, this new hire will be responsible for multiple headquarters in one of the overseas regions or countries. He or she will work closely with local management and HR departments, while also communicating closely with GHQ executives to strengthen the organization and develop talent to realize each country's business strategy.
■Specific Responsibilities
The scope and specifics of the role will vary depending on the individual, but the following are examples.・Organizational design, personnel allocation , and personnel planning (internal transfers and external recruitment)
to realize regional and national business strategies . ・Planning and implementing global personnel transfers that balance the company's business needs with individual career needs. ・Understanding and visualizing personnel evaluations, and developing and implementing individual career plans for development. ・Measuring organizational culture and engagement, and developing and implementing solutions to identified issues. ・ Responsible for labor-related matters . *Some tasks will be carried out independently, but many will be carried out in collaboration with local management and HR. Therefore, there will be opportunities to work on-site (in the assigned country). *Duties may change due to departmental transfers and organizational changes, with the scope of work related to each department at headquarters. ■Future Career Path As a manager, you will be responsible for global HR operations across multiple countries and regions. Depending on your contributions and performance, you may also be expected to manage organizations as a manager (department head, leader) or be stationed overseas (for local businesses) as HR manager. Opportunities exist both domestically and internationally to engage in management in all aspects of people, things, and money, beyond the HR department. ・A person who has been involved in a transformation project in a position such as corporate planning or business planning at a business company, or who has experience as an HR business partner
・A person with more than three years of work experience at a consulting firm and who has been stationed at a client's site

■ Annual Salary
/Salary Range: ¥8.6 million-¥17 million (Monthly salary: ¥540,000-¥940,000)
・ Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All based on company regulations)
・ Bonuses: Semi-annual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not paid and the amount will be determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・ Promotion twice a year (determined based on personnel evaluation)
