General Manager

• Leading and developing all local business activities in sales, operations, and company management
• Driving business development and expanding customer relationships in the project logistics and heavy-lift sector
• Managing and overseeing the coordination of project forwarding activities, including complex transport solutions
• Ensuring smooth operational execution in line with Combi Lift’s global standards
• Representing Combi Lift towards clients, partners, authorities, and industry stakeholders in Japan
• Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to headquarters
• Building, guiding, and developing a high-performing local team
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, QHSE standards, and company policies

• Several years of experience in project forwarding, project logistics, heavy lift, EPC logistics, or a related field
• Strong commercial mindset with proven success in sales and business development
• Solid operational understanding of project logistics execution
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior management role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, strategically, and with a hands-on attitude
• Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of the Japanese market is highly beneficial

Founded in Bremen in 1989, the Harren Group focuses on the entire value chain around the vessel.
