Commercial Manager

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with EPCs, industrial clients, and freight forwarders
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers and partners
• Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions for project forwarding and heavy-lift transport
• Evaluating customer enquiries and coordinating internally with operations and engineering teams
• Presenting Combi Lift’s capabilities to clients and supporting tender processes
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and potential project opportunities
• Ensuring commercial compliance with contractual requirements and internal policies
• Collaborating closely with our global Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams

• Several years of experience in project forwarding, project logistics, heavy lift, EPC logistics, or related industries
• Strong commercial mindset and proven experience in sales, client management, or business development
• Ability to understand complex technical and logistical requirements
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, structured, and capable of working independently
• Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the Japanese market and customer landscape is highly beneficial

Founded in Bremen in 1989, the Harren Group focuses on the entire value chain around the vessel.
