Job Description

Background of Recruitment

Fast Retailing (FR) Group is currently undergoing a company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries. We are looking for a person who can strongly promote the transformation of GU, the second largest brand after UNIQLO, as a HR business partner of the head quarter, using "organization and people" as a starting point.

■Job Summary

GU has grown twice as fast as UNIQLO and is aiming to become a global company with sales of 1 trillion yen. The Head Quarter is required to drive the business growth on a global scale in a speedy and strong manner. The Business Partner is an extremely important role to support and evolve GU's management and business from the aspects of human resources and organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple divisions and will work closely with the management of each division to strengthen the organization and develop human resources in order to realize the divisional strategies.

Specifics

The scope and specifics will vary depending on the department and the person in charge, but the following is an example.

Designing the organization and assigning human resources to realize the division's strategy

Planning and execution of global workforce planning (internal transfers, external hires)

Planning and execution of personnel transfers that balance the company's business needs and individual career needs

Planning and execution of career plans for each individual to understand and visualize human resource evaluation and development.

Measuring organizational climate and engagement, planning and executing solutions to issues discovered

Those who have been involved in transformation projects at a business company in a management planning or business planning position, or those who have experience as an HR business partner.

Experience working at a consulting firm for more than 3 years and have worked at a client's site.

TOEIC score of 700 or above, or be able to communicate in English at internal meetings without any problems.

Annual salary

Annual salary range: 6.72-12.96 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-720,000 yen)

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)

Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
