Department Overview

Rakuten Symphony has been operational for roughly three years and has expanded to employ about 300 staff members in Japan and 3,000 globally. The general affairs is dedicated to supporting these employees, ensuring they have a conducive work environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee general affairs activities within Japan, which includes the coordination of meetings and events.

Position Details

- Coordinating and conducting Asakai and other events for Rakuten Symphony across various companies.

- Managing general affairs, including responding to internal and external inquiries and handling invoice payments.

- Overseeing facility management, which includes arranging seats, managing fixtures, and enhancing the work environment.

Work Environment

Japan Human Resource Management Currently consists of 3 members

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least three years of work experience.

- Experience in organizing events within and outside the company.

- Practical experience in general affairs.

- Business English skills (TOEIC score of 800 or higher).

Desired Qualifications:

- Holder of a Health Supervisor Certificate
