Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Bartender to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Food and Beverage team.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve cocktails and other beverages at Peter Bar on the 24th floor
• Assist the senior Bartender
• Serve food and beverages at the adjacent Peter Restaurant during busy periods

Example of Shift

Peter Bar (A 11:00-20:00 B 14:00-23:00 C 15:00-0:00 D 16:00-1:00)

General Requirements

• Preferred to speak English in business situations. 
• Preferred to have working experience as Bartender in 5-star hotel or equal shop establishment.
