Background of Recruitment

Fast Retailing (FR) Group is undergoing a company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries.

We are looking for a person who will be in charge of labor affairs and promote human resource governance in Japan and overseas.

■Job Summary

FR's Japan headquarters, as the Global Headquarters (GHQ), is expected to drive the global business growth of the FR Group and its brands, which have approximately 3,600 stores in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

The labor affairs team to which you will be assigned is in charge of both global and Japanese operations, but we expect you to initially work on the following tasks as a Japanese labor affairs manager and expand your scope of responsibilities to include global operations. The following specific duties are expected.

Focuses on handling employee labor issues arising in Japan.

In addition to handling individual cases, you will also lead the establishment and operation of a monitoring system to prevent problems before they occur, as well as the implementation of training.

We also expect you to introduce systems and mechanisms that will enable more flexible and efficient work styles and more long-term active work.

*Payroll calculation, social insurance, and procedures related to entering and leaving the company are handled by a separate team and are not covered by this program.

*Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in resolving human resource and labor issues at the field level

Able to identify and solve problems while keeping the same perspective as management, acting as an agent of change, and understanding the relevant laws and regulations.

Those with a good sense of balance who can respect each and every employee on the frontline while pursuing the ideal of what should be.

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities

Experience in HR-related laws (social insurance laws, labor standards laws, occupational safety laws, etc.) and experience in executing duties.

Experience in team management

TOEIC score of 800 or above or the ability to communicate in English without any problem in business

Annual salary

Annual salary range: 7.2-11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-650,000 yen)

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)

Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
