This position will be part of the Group Administration Department.
Job Responsibilties
In charge of on-boarding and off-boarding matters such as getting the work space ready, issuing and collecting of access and staff passes, assigning telephone numbers, activating handphone allowance, issuing mobile handset to selected employees, updating onboarding portal and maintaining security system’s records.
Conduct a post-occupancy survey with internal staff, evaluate the survey outcomes and follow up on corrective actions on yearly basis.
Provide project support on automating business processes, analyse telephone call volumes and prepare cost reports.
Support the Greenmark program such as compiling data on energy and water consumptions as well as organising Earth Day’s events.
Organise and assist in corporate events such as the annual Christmas and Chairman’s Chinese New Year events and any staff engagement events for Corporate Services.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent command of English and strong analytical skills are preferred.
