Purpose
This role strengthens our HR operations with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration, ensuring a compliant, seamless employee experience. You will support safety & health committee operations, statutory health checks, HRIS and personnel file management, and new hire orientation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Primary (80%) — C&B / HR Administration Support
Secondary (20%) — CSR, Engagement & Other HR Projects
Qualifications
Must Have

・PC Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
・Multi-tasking Ability: Strong capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

・experience in handling monthly closing and payroll
・Presentation Skills: Experience in creating presentations from scratch.
