Position Details

- Information gathering for global guideline and policy design

- Compensation analysis, planning and revision of compensation system

- Revision and evaluation of executive compensation

- Personnel cost management (in cooperation with accounting and taxation)

- Operation of stock option system

- Operation and management of employee stock ownership

- Management of outsourcers and confirmation of results

- Responding to inquiries from employees, etc.

*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in HR operations at a business company or consulting in the field of HR (both with at least 3 years of work experience)

Desired Qualifications:

- Logical communication skills, internal coordination skills, negotiation skills

- Candidates from consulting firms are welcome.

- Problem setting and problem solving skills

- PC skills (Excel: functions, Power Point: document creation)

- Experience in payroll calculation (not necessary)
