Job description

·        Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Report and communicate with HQ finance group
• Salary calculation and social insurances
• Investigate Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Outlook making.
• General Affair

·    Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.

• Monitor business performance, market trends, and customer developments to provide strategic financial insights.   
• Partner with the managing director and business leaders to support decision-making and long-term planning.
• Lead and coach the finance and business support team; drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
• Manage cash flow, inventories, working capital, and financial risk.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Provide direction on workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational structure from a financial and operational standpoint.

Requirements

Mandatories

• Experienced in Finance over 10years
• Ensure all financial transactions/activities
• Experienced ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)
• Business level English skills, written and verbally
• Team worker
• Result oriented with a self motivating personality
• IT skills
• Bookkeeping Grade 2 (Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry)

• Strong understanding of business operations, customer dynamics, and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to senior management.

Nice to have

• Experienced Microsoft business central (ERP system)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
