Customer Service Representative

Primary responsibilities – 

  • Correspond to customer’s inquiry regarding general topic related to services
  • Communicate with customer as service representatives over the phone or by e-mail
  • Create quotation of On-Demand calibration/repair and close the deals
  • Negotiate with customer in terms of price/terms in corporation with internal members
  • Consolidate pick up list of calibration/repair and ask forwarder vender to arrange logistic
  • Create an RMA for On-Demand/agreement
  • Supervising current progress for each job (internal / external) and contact customer if needed

 

Qualifications-

  • Minimum 3 years experience of selling service solutions
  • Adequate knowledge of customer service representative, ERP and office applications such as MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint
  • Fast and accurate capability of MS office applications
  • Be familiar with order/sales booking software 
  • Communication skill with other employees and customer
  • Ability to take action for improving current environment with own initiative
  • Make the message swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer’s message
  • Manage many kinds of request/inquiry mainly by e-mail 

Preferred-

  • Basic knowledge of English, reading/writing only
  • Experience of trading and sales support
  • Knowledge of business law
