Job Summary

This role will be primarily responsible for managing team performance and daily operation, shall lead local commercial operation team to manage whole cash cycle process to meet company business growth strategy and compliant with related polies and guidelines. 

What will you do? (Responsibilities)

1. Order Entry management

Secure sales contracting compliance, including but not limit to: Terms & Conditions / Special Price / Credit / Third party… etc. Ensure order entry efficiency and quality. Order type covers Equipment, Engineering, Consumable, Advisory and Service.  Provides regular status of open orders and follows up with sales/customers/production for actions. Monitor and improve shipping & invoicing processes. Work with Export Control team for a smooth and compliant end user screening process

2. Forecast management

Work with local management to run an efficient process to deliver reliable & accurate forecast numbers. Able to conduct effective root cause analysis and define counter measures to close the forecast gap. 

3. Account receivable & Inventory management

Collaborate with local finance team to manage AR overdue as healthy status. Responsible for local warehouse and logistics management to support local sales/after-service activities, while ensuring inventory process accuracy.

4. Supply Chain management

Ensure intercompany purchase process efficiency and quality. Manage IC PO (Inter-company Purchase order) shipment priority arrangement with IC vendors. Ensure local vendor onboard and purchase process compliance, efficiency and quality.

5. Lean business development

Lead team to execute Group Business Systems activities, including but not limited to Kaizen events and CIP’s (Continuous Improvement Programs)Analyze data and drive improvement initiatives.

6. Reporting & Misc.

Work with line manager to support overall commercial operation team optimization. Manage to deliver the required reports with on-time and accuracy. Including but not limited to sales, forecast, Group Business System…etc.

Daily management and quality audit to ensure all team members’ performance and following the company’s policies and procedures.

Customer Satisfaction (NPS) development and management 

What do we expect from you?

  • Must have
  • Bachelor degrees or above5-10 years’ experience in order-to-cash process, with ERP project implementation experience as a plus3-5 years’ team management experience
